I want to thank you for all your
help formatting
my thesis. Your experience, knowledge, flexibility and professionalism made what could have been a very stressful time of the year manageable. The close attention you gave the formatting of my thesis implied that we were equally committed to the successful completion of my thesis. Thank you again for all of your attention and I hope that all is well with you. I will definitely be working with you in the future.

Citation Style Support

Ultimately, the purpose of including citations is to make it easy for readers to find the sources used in a document. Even though your research may be flawless, if your citations are incorrect, your credibility as a researcher suffers. Academic publishing is very competitive, and journal editors and book publishers are far more likely to reject a manuscript with citation errors than to address those errors.Student researchers may even run the risk of not graduating because of incorrect citation style. We have never seen a document with entirely correct citations, no matter the confidence level and expertise of the author!

Editing

If, after evaluating a manuscript, we feel it is in need of a more advanced level of service than originally requested, we will provide a thorough explanation of why you would benefit from more extensive work, as well as a complimentary sample of your work edited at the recommended level. It is entirely your decision whether or not to accept our recommendations.

Transcription

Often, a researcher will promise confidentiality to his or her study participants without mentioning that a transcriber will hear the interview tapes or digital files. This may be because the researcher simply forgot to mention it or did not anticipate hiring a transcriber. If we hear a researcher promise confidentiality to a research participant without stating that a transcriber will hear the interview, we will continue to transcribe the tape or digital file, but we will make a note within the transcript to allow the researcher to follow the appropriate protocol of the institutional review board.
